What to expect
Response commitments
Application acknowledgements
All submitted student and partner applications receive an automated acknowledgement immediately plus a personal acknowledgement within 1 working day.
General correspondence
General inquiries submitted through the contact form are responded to within 2 working days during office hours. Complex governance requests may require up to 5 days.
Partnership inquiries
Partnership and CSI inquiry responses include availability for an introductory call or meeting. Responses are issued within 3 working days of receipt.
Application decisions
Full application review, verification, and disbursement decisions are communicated within 10–14 working days of receipt of a complete application.
